Scooters in the bike lane WTF???

Just got home from the Dodger game and while driving along Sunset a dude of a Vespa knock off was doing 35mph straight down the middle of the bike lane.

At Sunset and Fountain, we got stopped at a red light and my girlfriend stuck her head out the widow to let the guy (he was still in the bike lane) that driving in the bike lane is illegal not to mention a danger to people on bicycles.

His response?

Really? I didn't know that? I thought I could.

Genius.
