yes, this does relate to riding, i promise!

so most of you know i have a pretty ridiculous looking purple cast. anyway this bitch is coming off on tuesday.. and removal of the 2 pins holding the bone stable.

seemingly as we all participate in a fairly dangerous hobby, im going to assume that a bunch of people here have had broken bones & pins..

anyway how bad does it hurt to remove the pins?

im really skurred. :(

[ although probably wont hurt as much as having a 14g industrial stretched... ]

 Hey, would you really trust the advice of the same people you see eat shit, then get back on their bikes not noticing the blood streaming down their legs?

Take that vicodin before you go in, so we can see you riding at TNS. I'll follow around in a car this time.

 I had pins removed from the shoulder end of my humerus bone once, and it didn't actually hurt at all but it felt really, really, really weird. Ask for a sedative and you'll be fine.

 felt like my bones were being vacuumed out of my hand. the doctor had to crank the pins out. super pain

 i have to get a plate put in my collarbone because the fracture went into nonunion... looking forward to that. breaking shit sucks.
