stay up? I already stay up way too late as it is......I don't need help.

I usually need herbal supplements to stay up.
But once I'm up, I stay that way for a few hours.

About 10 years ago I got on a regimen of Valarian Root taken daily about 1 hour before bed........that stuff gives you superbe sleep and your circadian rhythm is like clockwork......CRAZY!!
I don't us it anymore. I read instead.

Just be sure to consult a physician if your staying-up lasts for more than four hours.

yeah, I will be there along with a few others. Hollywood and Western, we want to start riding just about 8pm.
If you folks want to ride up from K-town make sure you get to us before 8pm.

i was there but i took off early, just to get stopped by the cops going north on broadway, it was like six of us and i think only three of us got tickets for not having front lights....

there goes ijunes being the number one hater...lol..if you read carefully..he said he left the ride...6 of them..hey is there fault for not having a front lights.Dont know how the ride went..i was at chinatown chill momsey ride....had fun it was a chill kool ride.had fun wit mama!..

*****RAIN DOES NOT CANCEL****** so the media said it was suppose to rain this Wednesday so if its raining at night those who are still down to ride we will ride, BUT the route is gonna change no more hp. will go somewhere closer wer we can partay........So if its dry at night we still ROLLIN'
