Cool Flyers help. Takes time for a ride to develop a rep.
Any good bars out there?

I normally do a small group ride on Wedsdays. Maybe one day I can convince them to come out there. Otherwise I will make it out next time. I want to ride SouthWest Side!!!

Here are some suggestions:
1. Post up a route map before the ride, with a starting/ending point that's nearby / convenient for people.
2. Go on other rides and meet lots of people a) so we know who you are, and b) so you can meet people who ride on your area.
3. Keep trying.
For the average rider, rides are based on a) the reputation of the ride, b) the reputation of the organizer, and c) proximity (some of us prefer not to drive to the ride).
You scheduled your first ride on a Tuesday night, and put the starting point in Inglewood, and you're wondering why people didn't show? Come on. (Aside from the fact that we were on the Taco Tuesdays ride).
If you want to ride on the Southside, try doing some rides with the South Bay Cruisers - http://www.southbaycruisers.com/Welcome.html.
The Robots ride also tends to go to South L.A. (Leimert Park, Inglewood, etc.), but starts in Crankmob Park, which is a lot more convenient for a lot of Westside riders.
Do some of those rides, see who else likes to ride in South L.A., and start a weekly / biweekly / montly event.

it's a process and a fun one.
for SeXXXed Up Sundaezz (which has been on hiadus (sp) for a few weeks due to over intoxication on saturday nights) many of the ridazz that came out were friends, but a lot were people who just wanted to ride on a sunday evening (some of them had never been on a ride before, always exciting!).

well thanks for the constructive criticism JB....i will most definitely keep trying

Well, not trying to sound like a whiner, but you've got easier access to ridazz and others than I do up here.
The next solution would most likely have to be flyers or some other form of non-internet propaganda.
Seeing as how most people go to movies, or to biker(Harley/CrotchRocket) bars up here, I'll have to ninja-sweep those areas with fliers.

Hey Roadblock!
It would be rad if we could have a Ride Review Section!
The South West Ride ****" 4 1/2 Stars!
Despite the location start, it's a smooth ride. In fact it makes for a very interesting ride. How many times have you ridden out in inglewood? Lot's of thrills, a couple beer stops. Hot babes on this one! Don't miss it!

Hey everyone.... I've always wanted to see a ride happen in the south of LA. I think we should help pretti*ugly out.
I volunteer to design a flyer and spoke card.
Here's a suggestion:
2pm start time on a saturday with a start and end point near the blueline. That way LB and LA peoples can show up.
