ILL BE GOING TO COURT FOR RUNNING A RED LIGHT, NO MONEY, SO ILL PROBABLY SPEND THAT WEEKEND IN JAIL, SHIT
THE TICKET SAYS 2:45 PM, NOT 2:45 AM, I'M SURE IT WAS LIKE REALLY 2:45 AM, WHEN THAT HIGHWAY PATROL GAVE ME THAT TICKET, ON MY OWN RIDE, SHIT, YOU GUYZ HAVE FUN, OK?

The cop will give his testimony first. He will simply read from his notes. Let him say it happened at 2:45pm and don't say a word. When it is your turn to present evidence, call a witness who can confirm that it occurred in the middle of the night. At that point, you can argue that the cop's recollection of events is entirely compromised and you'll likely get off. You need a witness, though. Your word against a cops is useless without corroboration.

also, because the offense was non-violent, they'll probably just make you do community service...if not, say that's what you want...unless that's not what you'd rather have...vrrr

yo eddie... no sweat, take the jail time... by the time they finish processing you and right before you finally get a bunk bed you'll be let go.

MR should have like a benefit ride... riders would donate what they can to help out eddie... i go to few rides but eddie is always there with his bike and radio and entertainment.... i know this can not be accomplished for every rider and we ride at our own risk but for a hardcore MR like eddie, an exception could be made....
