Of course, I wouldn't recommend that you go to this, it will probably suk. But at least there will be free Italian beer, so go anyway.

Fun! Hey, while my art has much less to do with bikes I also have an opening that night. Art Slave Gallery, 216 S. Spring St.
Just South of 2nd. It's my first solo show in L.A. and I hope you all will stop by before or after the bikeart for some Weird Wine and bizarre sculpture. Thanks!

We have talked about doing a ride to Freewaves; just not sure if I'm the guy to organize or lead it. If I've got (non-bike?!) friends at the opening I might not want to bug out on them, but once the opening ends around 9pm I'd like to ride over there.
Anybody know how late Freewaves runs? I know the BBE is scheduled for 9pm.

I just saw the show about 3/4 installed, and ran into Ashira delivering her work.
I think this show might be alright after all. I'd probably take a chance and go if I were you.

ok.. I got back about an hour or so ago from installing all of my work and I have tto say - the place looks SO GOOD!!! everyone's work looks great together and the show looks super tight.. I'm really excited for people to see it tomorrow night!! and I think a lot of the art is actually really affordable.

The plan (as I understand it) is for a ride to leave the gallery at 8:30pm in order to get to the BBE show in time.

Really cool opening last night. Everything looks great and when we rolled up it was slammed! I wish we could have stayed longer.
I'll check it out again when I can really take it all in.
Heart felt congratulations to Leslie, Ashira, Stephen and Wendy.
You are all awesome.
It was also great to get a chance to meet Dorthy Le, if briefly.
If you missed last night, go check it out.

Wish I was there. I was up in San Luis Obispo for my sister's birthday... that's a story worth telling. Dinner was nice, but the rest of the night involved bros, yahoos & eggs.
