some of these douchebag dog-walkers will stand on one side of the path while they watch their dog poop on the opposite side, effectively blocking the whole path with a ribbon of stupidity.

 Omigod, seriously. Or when their dogs dart out in front of you because they are either off their leashes or on those stupid expanding ones. God I almost ran over someone's little dog once. Not to advocate violence, but had I hit the rat, I would not have been sorry.

But nothing worse than another dumb cyclist on a path or ON THE ROAD...like yesterday I was riding down this street (Not quite commercial, but not residential either) where they are doing construction which significantly narrows the road around a curve. I'm coming around and this dumb bitch on a bike is stopped IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD ON HER CELL PHONE. When I told her that she ought to take her call on the sidewalk, she was all, "Whatever!"

I mean, I know that there are "people who ride bikes" who actually meander down sidewalks on clunky cruisers, but I mean, really? In the middle of the STREET? That just blows my mind.
