Cyclist Assaults Database

We need a place that can receive and organize data about assaults against cyclists. All the resources I looked at were primarily about cars and had a little stuff about cyclists thrown in. There was nothing about hit and runs or attacks the data was just about crashes and was very vague.
Cyclists often report that assults against them go uninvestigated. In turn, cyclist assaults are greatly under-reported giving public agencies an inaccurate record of the severity of the problem.
This database is for recording and organizing information about all assaults(including all hit and runs) against cyclists.
This database would NOT be for recording accidental collisions with a another vehicle, animal, or stationary object.

That would be a totally different database ... but a good one.
It would make it a lot harder for theives to flip bikes if they had to worry about a national database that any shopper could access.
