I'm having a Meetup group event at the worlds largest costume street party in we ho on Halloween. Its free. People could bike in to the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica blvd, lock bikes and not pay to park and fight crowds. We would meet at about 6:30 pm somewhere in LA, TBA and bike for 30 minutes to the party. NO REST STOPS during the short ride! Costumes required. No kids or pets please.
The street party runs from 6 pm to 1 am or so. All of SM blvd from La Cienega to Doheny.

 Officially ends at 11-12, streets get cleared at 1? bars close at 2 and people will be milling around after that. Three hours of it is enough to see it all.
