 while i was inside, i had so many thoughts about who i was going to miss, you know, stuff like, what would it be like, not being able to communicate with my friends, that i've made while riding with the midnightridazz community, there was times that i actually thought 'my life was over'. and the three strikes law was truely looking at me, and boy I'm still scared, this case, according to the clerks office is still going to be presented to the court, i don't know when, but they have my address, and i feel that they might come looking for me, you know, maybe kick down my door, and... well you get it right?

reading your quick message to me, really touched me so much, and i've made a few misstakes in my life, i could have avoided this problem, by never showing up to this ride (LACM), and would never had had to go through what i just been through, NEVER HAD I EVER ASKED GOD TO REALLY HELP ME, like this time, IN THIS SITUATION, i'm a free man right now, still facing these charges, im really not sure what happened with the court system, by messing up with my case, seems to be that the couurt system, somehow did a Y2K on me. all dates from this incident, are and where incorrect, except the arrest date/time and the release date/time, every date and time stamps in between, are off by 48 hours, and the things about the statements, thing about what i did according to the 'victum' were distorted, i dont pretend to say that i was or am an angel, but, if a rida had a flat, i'd surly help fix it.

my biggest frustration while inside, was, who could i call 'collect' and ask to do the leg work, by accumulating all the evidence, that i perceived, would clear me. there's videos, both from the MR piont of view, and the security cameras point of view, however, they might have purged their system, to not validate what i claimed to have happened, the court had tried to contact the victum, and failed for some reason. and this was another factor, in deciding to release me from custody. and yes sometimes, even my 'friends' can get my the death penalty. some riadzz told the police that i pulled a knife out, and showed it to the victim, I DID NOT, and i trule believe that they were infunenced by the rapid movement of a rumer that spread out ward, from the epi-center. i was told by the LAPD OFFICER THAT THE VIDEO HE SAW, DID NOT SHOW ME BRANDISHING A WEAPON, AT ANY TIME, HOWEVER HE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO ARREST ME, BECAUSE OF THE SCUFFLE THAT HAPPENED, where ridaz actually attempted to extract me from the 'renta cop' agency. and believe me, i was truly amazed by who led this attempted coup. AND I OWE THAT MAN A BEER. ACTUALLY MANY.

I COULD GO ON FROM HERE, continually explaining my actions that night, but this is truly causing me to have a head ache, MY QUESTION TO YOU, IS:

can i call you collect, from jail, if i really need help acquiring information from or about what happenED? i NEED TO EXPLAIN THAT THE FEE FOR INMATES, TO CALL OUT WOULD BE SOMEWHAT STEEPER THAN A STANDARD COLLECT CALL FROM A PAY PHONE IN THE FREE WORLD.
also that i am going to continue to type into emails and other places about what i know or think happened, i know this email is kinda long, but im reaching out in many directions, hoping to accumulate names of ridazz that took videos or that were close by, and would not have a problem testifying about what they saw.

 Sorry to hear about this man. I was not @ the LACM in Nov. After all the tagging and cops harassing ridazz in October, I laid off LACM for a while. I do know the rides are a better safer place when you are on them, (with your siren and all). You have always been a cool, chill dude and find it hard to imagine you wrapped up in shit like this. Anyway prayers are with you man.

 eddie, listen to borfo. you will be okay and you will have your freedom. this community wont allow something like this to happen easily and i can guarantee you you will find numerous witnesses, considering the amount of people on LACM. i cant be a witness (i would but i already posted that i wasn't there earlier up there^ and i cant risk lying under oath should you need my testament in court considering the proof is in this topic.) i can, however wish you my best luck and assist you in any other way i possibly can. please let me know if there's something else i can do to help you.

 I was not on this ride, but if you need a character witness, I, and I'm sure most of the folks on this board would be happy to put in a word on your behalf, as you've helped countless ridas get their stuff fixed and avoid being stranded.

Let us know when and where to do that. (The arraignment probably isn't the time, but keep us posted.)

 Do you remember the other people in the vicinity? Maybe some people who dont go on this site. EDDIE, next critical mass you should roll down there with a as many people you can assemble and have them spread out and ask as many people as possible if they saw what happened. maybe print some pictures of your self.
