Coyote racing on the oraneline path

So a few nights a week just before bed I head out for a quick spin down the Orangeline path to woodland hills and back. There's nobody out and I can just ride.
So last night I cross Desoto heading west and I look down to the right (on the other side of the green fence) and I see a coyote trying to chase me. It was quite cool. he kept up for a good 200 feet avoiding bushes eventually the brush got to thick and he had to stop.
It was really cool to see such a cool animal run in full stride right next to me.
On the way back on the other hand I was a bit worried about him sideswiping me.
Felt bad that the poor coyote had to call the Orangeline path home.
So watch out for Coyotes.
