Cyclocross, Bring out the Troops!

Yo, Ridazz!
This coming weekend (Nov 8/9th) has an intense set of cyclocross races at Hansen Dam in San Fernando, and Sunday's elite race is sanctioned by the UCI, which means more more awesomeness. So, come out, watch me race men's intermediate and then, stay for food from GreenTruckonthego, and some nutty elite men racing for International Cycling Federation points. More info

the schedules are confusing. what time do you race on each day?

I race in the men's 3/4 races:
1pm on saturday
12.30 on sunday
but, i'm gnarly sick right now, so I'm hustling to get better for the weekend.... Either way I'll be there, so hopefully I can get into race shape by then.

get lots of rest, drink lots of water - it's sooo dry, maybe use a humidifier? (it always helps me), drink those emergen-C packets.
common stuff but nothing sucks more than being sick. good luck.

i'm coming out today. the sun is out and i'm excited.
if anyone wants to ride with me, i'll probably take off around 11:45-noonish. not sure if there's traffic on a sat, but LA is always jammed.

I WAS SICK!!! so, I tried racing on saturday, got through one lap, almost coughed up a lung and called it quits for the weekend. Either way there's some awesome new pics of the weekend up on
my flickr so go checkety um
