Great night at your "Prom Night Revisited"!! Thanks for putting it together!
I have to share with you that I got a ticket by the cops in West Hollywood! Yep! Sure did...and it was because I ran the red light at the intersection of Santa Monica and La Cienega. They weren't happy. Honestly, it was dangerous. Someone was corking one way of the traffic but not the other...I thought there were people behind me but I got busted. The cops were nice but wanted me to be SURE to make everyone FULLY aware that they don't mind the bike riding but people have to be SAFE! The last thing I want to see or the cops, or anyone, is someone getting hit by a car when the intersections are large and there are not a lot of people. As a newcomer I was not aware of all the rules. I know now but a newcomer next time might not be so lucky and get hurt. I am only sharing for the benefit of your great night and all those that participate. Please post this for all to see. I would greatly appreciate it!
