 This is how I got my 'Sultan'. Chrome has always had this backdoor sale thing, but the inventory changes frequently. It's a good idea to check a couple times a month to see what pops up.

 Timbuk II was pretty cool to me after I had hit by a car. They replaced the reflectors, stability strap, and shoulder pad for free. It's not much, but it's something.
