..THAT REZIZES IMAGES FROM A BATCH.

Photoshop can do it.
Create an Action in the actions palette (Image -> Image Size), then choose File -> Automate -> Batch. Change the destination directory and hit go.
I'm sure there's a muuuch more simplified approach with a different program, but if you have photoshop you can do it.

ILL TRY THAT, I ALWAYZ THOUGHT THAT WHAT EVER FORMAT YOU START WITH THEN MODIFY WITH PH, WOULD END UP WITH A PH FORMAT.
IS THIS TRUE?

There is a billion programs that do batch resizing for windoze.
I like the ones that add right click image resizing.
What win version are we talking about?

I use Faststone Image Viewer... easy and free. You can't go wrong.
