I have the t-shirt. I used to go up north and do events with them before I changed jobs.

That Chupacabra bike is a fave of mine built by Jay Brummel. http://www.monkeyview.net/id/20/slouchcycles/index.vhtml
That thing was actually stolen and recovered years ago. Talk about a one-of-a-kind bike. Some kid's mom saw a flyer and called saying her kid had it. Hahaha.

I had a reverse steering bike when I was a kid. There was a guy at a local market who made a living betting the bike against $10 that you couldn't ride the bike about 20 feet. I watched about 20 people fail totally and then hopped on, crossed my arms so my right hand was on the left grip and vice versa, and easily rode the bike across the line. He said I was the first person in 5 years who had ever ridden the bike besides himself. I let my dad throw it away a few years later, since I never rode it. Dumb!

you can also try the no hands trick, I've seen that done.
I've known cyclecide for years and they have had troubles in the recent past. They got their tour bus (the ulitmate bicycle touring rig) rearended by a big rig. They got booted from thier compound on 3rd & Jerold during the housing boom in SF. Most of the together people in the crew have moved on, leaving people who have to preface their participation by saying "I'll be good this time". Jericho has wanted to do a Choppercabras/Cyclecide thing for years but it's money to get them down here and I'd fear the mess they'd leave behind. Too bad all this bike stuff in LA came about 10 years too late when we used to get them down here often and we'd have some kick-ass events.
