Just looking for an update on the Susanna Schick case?

Hi Roadblock,

Must have missed this thread..sorry for the late response.

The investigation is concluded and the Department has concluded that no collision took place. I can not disclose the specific evidence that lead the department to this conclusion as it could potentially violate Susanna's confidentiality...however the investigation is available to Susanna and if she opts to disclose any additional information it would be her prerogative to do so.

ok, thanks, the reason I asked is because she has said to me that she asked to get the report summary and has claimed that it wasn't made available to her by the police.

I'm sure SGT KRUMER will help her get a copy.

But it is so sad knowing that if it weren't for him, we would all be fucked when LAPD tells us to get lost.

seriously... Sgt Krumer does work to get to the bottom of things. He's also been there to help get stats out to myself and other advocates when working on safe street configurations...
