ah, but I'm not in LA right now. I had the misfortune of heading to Seattle for a couple of days, just in time to catch a couple inches of snow and slush. And it was raining on me on my way to the airport this morning, too. Glad to hear it'll be gone when I get home tomorrow, though. Sounds like I'm gonna have to ride me a wednesday night quickie.

Most definitely. I absorb food and riding wrings it back out of me. Sitting at a desk at work - not so much. Rain has a definite negative impact on the ratio of desk sitting to pedaling - and I love riding in the rain.

Low work hours, shitty schedule, or a combination of both makes you fat.

The way I see it, staying in the rain and away from the refrigerator for a few days a week will definitely bring down any weight.

The key is making sure you have some place to go.
