to everyone who hung out together tonight i'd like to say i had a great time! i had a lot of fun playing polo for the first time... and now i understand why so many are all addicted to it! glad i was able to spend the day with you all. thanks!
and of course... much love to my moms... you guys are the best

if i knew that it wa s happening. i probably would have gone thru. but when you guys left atomic i was with paul unloading bikes and such. i wanna try this :)

yeah.. everyone needs to try it at least once.. i loved how encouraging they all were... a lot of people played their first games and the veterans showed us how it's done.

Thursday nights in DTLA as well. check the calendar each week. washington and main is the current spot.

Ya'll are gonna have to wait to play more games on a weekend, we're going to SF for a tourney. If u wanna play go to the Thursday session in DTLA.

O no by all means go for it if u have mallets and balls and cones and stuff. However the rink *might* be rented out to the hockey players this coming Sunday. Friday night, and Saturday its most likely free.

Snowcone, Justino, Bertha, Jon, Kat....and JESSICA AND ROBERT (FINALLY!!!) all got on the court yesterday. It was awesome to see. Us Vets were yelling at, erm, I mean coaching, them all night.
By all means, play your hearts out - but you do need the equipment. Go ahead and make mallets if you have the resources (namely ski poles), but don't fuckitup! Understanding what makes a solid mallet comes from some time on the court; but if anything, go check out some how-to videos and bikepolo.ca and hardcourtbikepolo.com to continue you education off the court.
