Has anyone taken advantage of this program yet?

So supposedly the bill went into effect as of the 1st of this year.
I just found out today that our department is relocating from our office on 1st and Spring to our printing facility on Olympic and Alameda. I usually walk to work because 4 blocks isn't worth it for me to ride, but now my commute will be about 2 miles, so the bike will be put to much more regular use. Just wondering if anyone has taken advantage of the program for any biking accessories or purchases?
