it is a peronal belief that more rides need to end with super crazy afterparties. if i owned a house, i would have a party every day. someone who does have a house needs to man or woman up and, officially proclaim their estate the official midnight ridazz westside afterparty complex.

I'll keep my eye on the estate/seized property sales.
Perhaps some Venice, or Santa Monica drug-lord/gang-boss just got arrested, and I'll be able to fish a place for cheap.
All the while, maintaining my upper-desert ranch.

Hey, I'm just going off all the talk I keep hearing about gang-bangers existing in such a nice area.
Or, have I too, become another, unfortunate victim of misinformation?
Anywho, I was also thinking, what about a House-boat anchored in Marina Del Rey?
We could always find a derelict, fishing-boat, gut it out, then turn it into a floating dive-bar!!!

Sure. Someone who OWNS a house is going to open it so that random underage strangers on bicycles can get drunk on their property, because that doesn't create any potential liability for them at all.
There's a reason the stops on these rides take place on public / publicly accessible property.

Whatever Gabby, I bet you're just itching for the next three weeks to be over.
I don't mind underage drinking and other fun things, I don't care too much about the consequences because I'm leaving the country anyway, so have your underage sex or whatever it is you kids do (as long as it's not with me, I don't want to go to prison on sex offense charges), just keep in mind I'm going to places where the drinking age is 18 and the age of consent is 16. Time to score me some high school chicks!
