 Sounds like a horrible idea. I would not want to ride a bike if a bunch of pricks starting shouting at me to ride a bike...

Why not just pass out fun fliers to pedestrians about the new bikers bill of rights and some fun rides to go on and invite them on rides and be nice to them?
