BRW = BikeRoWave Co-op. 12255 Venice Boulevard 90066
LACMA- 5900 Wilshire
C.R.A.N.K. MOB- Slow to medium pace. 15-20 miles. 4 plus hours. Costumes, shouting inside jokes, shouting anything, artsyness, dancing.
Crank mob park = Media Park, Culver City
Street pLAy - team race, play, puzzles, sweat.
ROBOTZ- hustle pace into the night, yelling nonsense, tinfoil.
WETside- water gun fight bike ride, slow pace, short distance, wet fun.
** lock up (7:30p) and search for us in the Hollywood and Highland Shopping Center. Rolling from the corner at 8:30.

Biking through LA ten years ago meant angry honking on every block, death threats, and unfriendly gestures. It felt revolutionary just to ride a bike. We have come a long way AND we still have play to do. A few years back I wondered when the day would come when I would see a bicycle commuter waiting at a green light as one of our protest rides snaked through a red. That day came about a year later. We have also witnessed rides grow to the point of collapse. Its time to test new ride structures and new protest tools. This will be a critical manners ride (planned regroup points so participants may stop at reds and catch up) with “stops” for testing some ideas.
