Hey all. I just moved into a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 other people near robertson and the 10 freeway. Its a great location because it's pretty central. Our rent is $1450 which makes it about 485 per room which I think is pretty cheap for where it is. Just wanted to let anyone know who may be looking to move that there are A TON of for rent signs around here and they probably don't care much about credit because all of us have none and only Mike has a job. We applied and two hours later they called and said we were approved with a larger deposit. It's a buyers market.
Anyways. YAY I'M NOT LONGER HOMELESS!

Is there anyway you can email me the location of the apt so I could call and check them out? I've been looking for an apt away from the ghetto and somewhere decent.

We are located on Bedford St. right off Cadillac. Not going to put my exact address on here. Anything north of Venice, east of Robertson...and maybe kinda west of La cienega. Honestly we just rode around calling for rent sign numbers. It worked.

And perhaps another bonus is that your only blocks from a kick-ass bike shop--run by another rida. He's like a block or two north of you on the E side of Robertson--sign says Twin Thunder (as in Harley Davidsons--also part of the shop), but the dude is a mechanical genius when it comes to bikes.

Ok, my literal location is definitely TOOOOO east, but my figurative location (my heart) is much closer. :)
