Need a roommate?

So just like the title reads...anybody need a roommate? I have to move out of my place in 2 months and searching for a single or 1 bedroom is crazy. Plus most of them are out of my price range.
The most I can do a month is $800. I work full time, pay rent on time and I wouldnt mind living with another Midnight Ridaa.
I have come to know a lot of you guys so Im sure looking at my profile you might recognize. So yeah let me know!

Well I want to live in Echo Park or anything near it. Silverlake and Los Feliz is okay. I work in downtown so I want to try and stay close to downtown.

That's at the top of a gnarly ass hill. In true "bike house" fashion, that is one of the requirements that has already been fulfilled.
Now you just need to have 3/4 of the house unemployed and a few alcoholics and you're set.

I'm still a newb to the scene out here but I've been staying with a friend in North Hollywood and wanna get downtown soon since I work there. I don't really wanna drop more then 700 a month. Runnin into the same problem trying to find a single or studio and would love to live with some fellow ridazz. You can always live near a Red Line Subway stations. It will take you downtown quickly. Check in the vicinity of the Vermont and Santa Monica station, near The Bicycle Kitchen. Rent is generally cheaper ithere and some ridazz are in the area too.

To be honest, i wouldnt wanna live in a "bike house" with random people hanging out that I dont know.
But I found myself a single in downtown la. So I guess my search for a roommate is over. We can keep this forum going for other folks looking for a roommate.

Living with random people would be kinda nice I think. Least everyone rides and from my experience, I've yet to meet a rider who isn't chill. So, guys, girls, monkeys, symbiotic robots...whatever, I'll live with em if they ride and can pay rent.

for reals! after reading most of the comments on the "work sucks" forum, i rather live myself. most of them dont have jobs and collect unemployment checks. lazy ass people!

Maybe it's true? "Get a JOB!!!" is one of the random chants I get from our compatriots in the metal boxes. I never knew what it meant, but maybe we are just a bunch of losers on bicycles. We should get real jobs, jobs that help us afford cars. Just like them...

im not talking about getting a "real job" but like how can someone just not do anything? like how do you pay for food and buy clothes? pay rent or even buying stuff for your bike? go stand outside a home depot or something.

Riss, become highly skilled at something it's the only way I can think to do it if you don't have a trust fund. If you do it right you only have to work a few days a month. Your too poor to buy useless junk or go out and waste money at restaurants and bars, but still have enough to buy staples. It's a good balance however I'll be honest I could go for a few more days of work this month. Four did not really cut it last month I need to pay those student loans this month.

I hop the red line from North Hollywood just about every morning with my Scott in hand from the Universal Studio station. Takes 20 mins to get to MacArthur Park which is fine by me. I just don't really wanna spend more then about 7-750 a month. I'd love a place around Koreatown, Echo Park, or west or MacArthur Park away from the downtown a bit.
Key is price and close to a metro line for me.

Things may be changing. I'm here, I've had cops watch me run stop signs at night with no lights and they haven't stopped me.

reg mike & detroit--i called about the apt today. it's a 3 bedroom 2 bath apt with washer and dryer hook-ups. also has 1 parking spot. although there's always tons of parking on our street...
