 yes he does- ive got a few bikes that way- i live on the east side and ive stopped a few trucks going down my street that had a road bike dangling from the top of the scrap iron heap- 10 bucks is the going rate - they only get a buck or 2 when they recycle it per pound-i just got a schwinn world tour for 10 bucks
