Am pretty sure we can fight Red light tickets if we stand together has witnesses i mean they cant do shit if 100 people or more are witnesses unless theres a reach limit?like this dude said like 50-100 riders crossed a red light trying to catch up to the main group leader and they stop one person? i saw that allot LAPD bikers doing it also which was ok i guess? because they were trying to keep us together but not allot of them where MOTORCYCLIST cops werent doing there JOB and CAR cops werent also they should have at least stop in front of the cars and give us the chance to cross insted they just watched us make a illegal right/left turn while the light are red and giving us tickets i think this ride was just a fucking death trap they just wanted to get there job done giving tickets away and break up the group little by little, so they think we can stop doing LACM next month which i think might or might not happened in some cases but still whoever wants to join and HELP ME out has a witness or any other rider that does please help? and i also think it was a bullshit route and bad leadership also cops were really aggresive this is what they told me get the fuck off your bike which i did some didnt and got pushed shoved around untill they got off there bike getting manhandled and this poor kid got fucked by a motorcyclist cop by getting trown off his bike Ninja knows more.Hopefully that video fucks u cops over and gets onto the news,it was pretty much dejavu on what happened couple months back REALLY REALLY BAD!

I think what Oiler is saying is that those who got tickets last night should all stand together as witnesses for one another and contest the tickets.
He's asking for those who got tickets too to post up.
When is your court date Oiler?

You won't know your real court date til you get your ticket in the mail. Please contest it. Tell the truth. Get your friends to be witnesses and also tell the truth. You and your friends entered the intersection while the light was yellow. It changed to red while you were in the intersection. For some reason the motorcycle officer or squad car chose you out of the group and gave you the ticket but you didn't do anything wrong. Your friends all testify to the truth. Do a trial by written declaration. If you lose, you do a trial de novo. You get a new trial. Get written declarations from your friends and bring them to court.

I GOT A TICKET ON A RED LIGHT...sux it was my first ride with you guys and i was super excited figured cops were there to help us out come to find out that was not the case and everyone was on their own. He said that although everyone else took the light he choose me....as if this was a game...

if they state at the beginning of the ride that they're ticketing people running lights, why are people still running lights? don't mean to be a naysayer, but that's probably why i don't ride lacm...

(It says its at the metropolitan court house) Here is the kicker... We asked the cop to write in the notes that i was not the only one as we were all yielding and he said "i will not write notes on the ticket!" it was super frustrating. We were all yielding to make the left turn...was i suppose to simply stay in the middle of the intersection and start impending traffic/ putting myself in danger. I entered the intersection legally on a green light.

Then you absolutely MUST fight the ticket.

Make sure the court knows that you entered the intersection on a green and were attempting to exit the intersection safely. Since the officer told you straight up that he randomly picked you out of the crowd because he had to ticket someone, you MUST use that in court. The officer didn't cite someone he saw running a red, he picked someone out of the crowd and assumed they ran the red.

If you didn't commit the violation, FIGHT IT!!

I've shared this method of winning traffic tickets on posts before and it has worked for ridas. As of today I'm now 7 for 7 winning traffic tickets.

Good luck. Follow the directions exactly or don't bother even starting.


I am 5 for 5 beating traffic tickets (auto), 2 for 2 on the camera tickets (which of course doesn't relate).

The object is to postpone the process as long as possible and to give the cops as many opportunities to screw up as you can. Everything, except a final court appearance, if necessary, can be done online or on the phone. So, here is the system: The most important part is that you follow up and not be the one to miss a deadline.

First, a week before your trial date get an extension. This will put you back 3 months from the ticket date. Second, a week before your extended trial date request a Trial by Declaration. The court will send you the paperwork and give you a deadline. This will put you back about 5 months from the ticket date. Now. remember, a cop gets paid time and a half to go to court. He gets paid nothing to fill out his own Trial by Declaration. If he doesn't send his paperwork in, you win. I've won here about a third of the time. Your Trial by Declaration should be as thoroughly full of shit as you can write it.

Now, if you lose here they will send you a notice. When you get that note and if it says you lost, NEXT is request a TRIAL DE NOVO. This is a whole new trial in court that they will give you just for the asking. This will put you about 7 months from the date of the original citation. AND NO COP EVER SHOWED UP FOR THAT OLD OF A CITATION (3x). Good luck!

and by the way, to beat a camera ticket, respond to the letter and tell them that the driver is your brother or uncle. go to google images and look for a euro drivers license and make note of the number, and give them the name and address of your "uncle" who lives in milan, or hamburg, or wherever the fuck you want them to live. (worked 2x)
