up until i crashed, i was having such a bitchin time!!!

yes, i was one of the ridazz that went down. it was me and this guy, Geo. both of us were sent to County hospital. I'm doing okay. luckily, no broken bones or concussion....just a really swollen face and bruised lip. my right eye is swollen shut. (i feel like i got chris brown'ed or su'in...lol)

geo, on the other hand, is in worse condition than i. he had just recovered from a previous injury...and now (from what i heard thru a mutual friend) has a broken shoulder, broken ribs, sprained ankle and his bike is totalled. i feel really bad for him cuz that's his main form of transportation. =(

i really do feel bad...and i want to do something to help him out. anyone know where/how i can help him out with at least getting a new bike? i don't know what he had, other than he was riding a fixie.

thoughts?

btw, thanks to everyone for all the well-wishes via text messages, calls, FB & Twitter. and of course, thanks to everyone who was there to help us out too!!! totally <3 the MR community! you guys rock! (GROUP HUG)

As far as Geo goes, I haven't had a chance to talk to him yet. But I really want to help him out. Maybe collect funds to help him get a new bike? Or if anyone knows where we can get hooked up with a good deal on a bike???
