 That's a controversial position, Eddie. If I go public with it, it could affect the viability of my candidacy down the road.

However, I will say this: Millions of hard working Americans--black, white, Latino, Asian, gay, straight; rural and urban; rich and poor--have expressed a strong desire to be granted the opportunity to continue living lives until such a time as they are no longer alive.

I hear these voices; and if the American people entrust me with the political office I seek, I will remember the wishes of those folks who would like to carry on living lives, while at the same time giving due regard to the needs of the decent, patriotic citizens who would prefer that there be less life, or fewer lives, lived by people who are currently living.

I want to thank you for participating in this process, Eddie. In my travels, I have met thousands of concerned, proactive Americans like you; and I believe deeply that I can deliver the change and the renewed sense of hope that will make all of your efforts worthwhile. May I count on your vote?

 So I still don't have a job, gass is pushing $5 a gallon and there's nothing on TV.
But I can ride my bike everyday as much as I want, and that always makes me feel good.
