I'm not sure if I know you, in person. But, hopefully we'll get to meet sometime soon.
I was thinking that I would have loved to take over the lease on the place you were talking about on the board a while ago, if I could.
Anyways...see you in the streets when I get back to L.A.

the room is gone. the person who actually has the lease is kicking everone out. (go figure.) but there are TWO apartments that will be available next month: two bedroom and three bedroom. the two-bedroom has been on the market for a few months, and the three bedroom will probably be as well.
the place is on Sawtelle and Palms. i'll put the number up later tonight. but first, check it out on google maps. it's the triangle between the creek and the freeway. you should also know that the landlady is a psychopath, but if you make it clear that you dont want to hear it, she will leave you alone.

there's a couple of properties open at Palms and Sawtelle. I keep forgetting to get the number off the sign, because I'm always stoned as soon as i get home. there's a 3 bedroom listed at $1650, but you can probably get $150 knocked off the rent, or possibly a month or two free.
