Zoobomb folks did this on mini bikes but got stopped pretty quickly.
When we went down to SD we rode through Fashion Valley Mall. Outdoors mall though. Still fun.

I saw that one too and thought that might happen.
But what makes this video so special was that it was in a rather, non bike-centric city.
Guess the bicycles themselves were sort of a shock-producer, henceforth delaying any sort of immediate action by the authorities.
