I was so naughty last year I made it home in just the white tee and shorts I had under my suit. The suit, like the real santa.... was nowhere to be found.

My first Santacon, I remember the starting location and the first stop. I don't remember a single thing after than, which means I don't remember about 6 hours of Santacon.
My second Santacon, I remember about half. Serious improvement!

It's always a fine line to walk, isn't it? Does the getting drunk fuck with the image of santa and traditional mainstream culture / imagery, or is it one and the same? I'm not going to pretend that there is a definite contingent of folks (and towliesbong is not among them, by the way) that do not, nor will they ever, understand the culture jamming / cacophony-causing possibilities in santacon.
but that being said, some do.

@jonnyboy, We're walking/training it with everybody. The general consensus was that although riding was fun, we were too separated from everybody else.

As a longtime Santa and first time Santa on a bike, I LOVED having our own Santa bike gang last year and I'm sad that there's not going to be a bike contingent this year. Getting stuffed into a bus/subway sucks! Santas on bikes rocks!
