WANNA TRADE?

Eh, so I ain't gonna front, I don't know much about the tire sizes and all the stuff about the rims and so on. All I know is that I have 700-28s and I need smaller ones cuz these tires make my bike too tall for me and I'm short (4'11). Sometimes I hit my treasure on the bar, lol. Anyways, I'm riding fixed. Anyone wanna trade or know someone who's down to trade? Also, I know this ain't helping, I don't know what kind of tires they are, they came with the bike when I ordered it off of Ebay.
Anyone? Anyone? ANYONE?

ive got one 700x23 that you can have. its not a folding tire and its used so youll have to wear it like a hula hoop or something unless you came to grab it. not sure how much a smaller tire would save your junk, smaller bike perhaps?

Going from 700x28 to 700x23 is going to make a minimum difference in terms of height.
You might try:
a) going to a smaller bike
b) going to 650 series wheels/tires, as that will give you another inch or two of clearance. (If you're riding with brakes, you'll need to get some long reach (or keirin) brakes.

my bike is already SUPER tiny... 47cm. i couldn't find anything smaller than that. i mean, i don't need a WHOLE lot smaller. i can ALMOST reach both feet flatly on the ground. meanwhile i've been tip toeing, but like i said, sometimes I hit my treasure... lawlz.

+1
the 28 or 23 in 700x.. is the widith of the tire. i'd be surprised if that gave you more than a mm or 2 in hight difference.
you can try and switching to 650s but there could be complications there.
like if your lower your bike you may risk striking your pedals.
it's may be too expensive of an upgrade to get a whole new wheel-set and make the necessary modifications.
Depending on how attached you are to the bike and what its worth, it may just be better to hold out and find a smaller bike.

just switching out the wheelset sounds like its going to be a mess. that frame probably isnt built to do that
and trust me, you havent seen small bikes until you've seen my bike [ a 44cm bianchi with a 24" front ] or coecoe's [ a 44cm bianchi with 700s. ]

the industry's solution to smaller riders is 650c wheels

they were saying something about my pedals might hit the floor if i go to 650c. my cages aren't dragging right now, i can only imagine how much they'll be dragging if i get something smaller, haha.

Eyy Nica, Yesterday when i went to go fix up my tires.
I saw that this one shop i go to had 700x28 to 700x23.
I check them out & they are just a bit different than the 27 x 1 1/4 than i have.
but that bit of a difference is good seeing we are about the same height.
I'll probably just keep the ones i have till i get money & get the 700x28 or 700x23.
Either way idk if your looking to trade or just wanna buy them.
I didnt ask the price because i was in a rush, & had to run some errands.
Well if you wanna buy them or check the price out,
give me a call or text me or whatevers & ill tell you where the place is at.

If you are sitting on the seat, you should not be able to put your feet flat on the ground. If you can, your bike is too small.
If you are standing over the top tube and cannot put your feet flat on the ground, your bike is too big. It's OK if your crotch touches the frame, as long as you can put your feet flat. The way the bike fits when you are actually riding it is much more important than the way it fits when you are standing still with it. Just watch what you are doing and you won't bang your vag.
Changing the width of your tires will do absolutely nothing to change the height of your bike.
