If all else fails, just bring the hybrid.
It's not going to be a race up there and you'll definitely feel "not naked".

 ive got a 56 frame but the current fixed wheelset on it i need for my other bike so if you have some wheels and a brake you can use it. just go to a bike co-op and build a beater for 100$

 no im not selling shit. you could build a bike for 100$ that but its goign to be heavier than your pos hybrid. in fact the beater im taking to PDX is probably heaver. take the hybrid or buy a fucking bike. how many damn threads did you start about buying a fucking fixed gear just do it already.
