Hello there-

A customer here at I. Martin just had his bike stolen while it was locked up to the bike rack on the sidewalk out in front of the shop- About 10 feet from where Nicole (Mixtemotions) sat when she worked here.

Two kids rolled up and less than five seconds later were off and running down the street with a freshly stolen bike. By the time one of our employees could even get outside to give chase they were already gone.

According to Maestro, our long time mechanic, this is the first time something like this has happened in the 25 year's he's been here.

All that was left of the thieves' pit stop was a broken cable lock tossed out the to the street.

Please, please, please, if you want to hold onto your bike, use the best U-lock you can afford.
