My New Bike

I was wondering if anybody might have any info on a Taiwanese made bicycle brand name "Eagle". It has a great ride, and seems to be in its original state, except one of the peddles is not an original, or so it seems to me. So if you may know something let me know. I want to decide if I am going to customize this or keep it as is.

 It is most likely a "brand" that is a decal collection at a huge factory in asia, and not worth "upgrading" (beyond digging through bins at the Bike Kitchen/Oven/RoWave to look for better parts).
