Every 3rd Friday of the Month << Meet at Avenue 57 Gold Line Station (151 N. Ave. 57 in Highland Park) Gather 6:30pm. Ride leaves at 7:00 PM.

@ mmhmm - SERIOUSLY?!?!?! I was planning to do this ride...but heard a rumor that nobody does this ride anymore. So the homies and I are gonna do the "Talk Like a Pirate" ride.
Wait a minute...the pirate ride is only 6 miles... can we meet up with you after the pirate ride is over? (pirate route http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=2273755 is supposedly going to end around 8:30 at the old town pub in pasadena)

me and my friends were planning on going to the pirate ride too, since our NELA CM plans failed :( hopefully its a good one!

@mmhmm....if you guys are interested, maybe we can keep on riding. sounds like the pirate ride is gonna be super short so they can get their pirate drink on...cool for them...but for me, i'd rather ride... (this time, with my bike seat on. lol...uh, just kidding)

Arrr me hearties!
This is just a reminder that tomorrow is the International Talk Like a Pirate Day Bicycle Ride. We meet at 6:30 p.m. at Grant Park in Pasadena. The park is located at 1200 Cordova Ave. in Pasadena (91106). Meet at the corner of Michigan and Cordova.
This is a short ride but along the way we will yell to the crowds/each other some really awesome pirate jokes. It would be awesome if someone had a pirate flag (skulls and crossbones, perhaps) as I had trouble locating one.
Ah yes, please make sure to bring some booty (doubloons, that is) as we are ending our ride at the Old Towne Pub and they only accept cash. Bring a lock and necessary flat repair items (just in case). The pub is close to the Memorial Park Gold Line Station--in case you need a train ride home.

Oh yes, if we get there before 8:30 p.m. we avoid the $5 dollar cover charge so we take off at 7:00 p.m. promptly--more money for grog!!!!

my homies and i are coming from south central LA and we don't get outta work until 5pm. so we're just gonna carpool out to pasadena and ride around the city...

I initially made it only 6 miles because I wasn't sure of the skill level or distance people can tolerate. I invited some people outside of MR and there is a chance they can't ride too long--who knows though, we'll see how it goes tomorrow. :)

i live in Eagle Rock and me and a couple of friends have been wanting to do NELACM for months now (we saw a huge ride pass by and thought it was nelacm) and when we finally had the chance to do it, we find out its dead. how do we revive it?

post it here------------------------------------------------------------>
but make sure LACM/ Peoples ride is not the same night
Make sure it isn't an SnS Ride meeting in HLP/Lincon Heights on the same night
Tell all your friends
make sure it is all inclusive
and don't stress...

raq - if we revive NELA, it will conflict with S&S. Both rides are scheduled on the 3rd friday of each month...

- S&S - We are a Los Angeles based bicycle club doing rides the third Friday of every month. Rides are open to all types of bicycles and riders. Anyone who enjoys bikes is welcome. Meet at 8:30 ride at 9:30 sharp. Rides are about 15-20 miles (not fast paced) ending at the start, with a likely hop to a bar before last call. Bring locks and IDs. Ride at your own risk.

yum yum ride is dead laylo is mia so a couple raccoons have turned it into a training ride for sunday night and it meets at the mission gold line station, i lead the NELA tuesday night chill ride which usually starts of with 25-35 ridazz we have been having some issues with the fellas though they want to make it fast paced whilst i try to keep it chill for the peeps, more power to you !!!!! if you post it they will come !!!!!
