 LOL ... I'm not just going to submit it without his permission... I told him about the idea when I first planned my trip to the east coast a month ago ... If I convince him I want him to take it I can get him to leave DC and drive to NY with me and get him to bring his camera .... I can then take pictures like crazy ..
