I liked Vimeo because of the quality.
I don't like Vimeo now because I just discovered that their Terms of Service agreement is very shady.
You can read the original here, http://vimeo.com/terms
It basically says that anything you submit to Vimeo becomes the property of Vimeo. You can make a short, original film, upload it to Vimeo, and they can legally take your product or any derivative of your product for eternity, with no compensation to you. If you delete videos that are on Vimeo now, they still have access to your clips and property.
It's weird because they state that YOU own your own work so I think you could fight it in court if they did do something.
I emailed them about it. They responded by saying, it is true, they can use your work and make profit from it but they have never done that, and they love their users and respect their work. But my question is, if you love your users, why would you put that in your T.O.S.?
Back to YouTube for me...
