my system.
So, I've been wondering about expanding my system into a full-blown trailer for the hell of it.
Is it possible to utilize a 4-channel amp to hook, say, a Radioshack mic-set into?
The amp I'm looking at is a 500 with adjustable knobs on the side.
No expert, but I tear shit up and learn from trial/error.

i have an ice cream truck soundbox that has a mic hookup i'd be willing to sell. it also plays like 13 different songs as well as farm animal noises.

seriously man, that thing is so YOU. i was going to hook it up to my trailer, whenever i get it working, but i just see you getting so much more pleasure out of rolling down the street, emitting an electronic moo every second. plus, you have so many more interesting things to say.

Something like
this would do the job.
I don't know id they make a mixer like this with less channels for a bike system it would be nice to have a 4 or 6 channel.
The upside with with one is that you can plug in mics and multiple ipods.
powered by 9v batteries but i am sure you could hack it to run off of your battery system.
if you are already using an inverter you can just

I've got something similar to that Behringer XENYX 502 - 5 Channel Stereo Output Compact Audio Mixer.
It works great, but it requires 110VAC (the adapter converts it to 24VAC). This means you need to use an inverter. A mixer that runs of 12 volts (or 9 voltes) would be better for mobile use.

I've still got this Cobra inverter I use for whenever I'm employed as a truck-driver.
Perhaps it will see some use sooner, rather than later.
