so a driver honks furiously as i slow to a red light and creeps up super close to my ass as i look to make sure the road is clear before turning right. i look back to see what was his problem and he makes mad gestures for me to go creeping dangerously even closer. i make the right and he speeds past me, unsafely passing me on my left. at the next light, he's yielding to go left while i continue straight.

so i flipped him off.

usually i just throw up the peace sign to deescalate the situation and try to avoid making enemies for other cyclists including myself. so my apologies to all the downtown ridazz out there. someone brought me down to their level, and i went there.
