Meet at the Bear at 5pm, ride by 5:30. Route will be randomly/democratically/haphazardly chosen. Bring things that make noise!

people get off of work at 5 these days? must be nice. i don't know which one i will try to make..venice or lacm. lacm starts too early but it looks so fun.

where does this route go? i go to ucla and i can probably bring along my roommate... not sure whether to go to lacm or vcm afterwards tho

Last month we went around the residential area west of campus, then back through Westwood, then down to Century City, up to Beverly Hills for a bit, then back down to Venice Blvd, had Ndn food, then rode to the Venice circle.

lf you have a route in mind, you can maaaybe sway people to follow it. Critical Masseses are usually routed by those at the front of the pack. I think that's called democracy or anarchy, one of the two...

I'll be going to the soccer match tonight (aka VCM) after this. By the way, it will be 67 degrees in Westwood at 5PM today.

i know this is supposed to be cm and all, but westwood's got a lot of hills... is the route gonna be fixed friendly? also, who's planning to ride out to LACM afterwards?

i went to the first ride but cut out early because it was so disorganized. they started off by the bear and continued through a pedestrian walkway which was not cool at all.

if youre going to do a CM, use the streets.

You folks are more than welcome to make your way over to LACM.
Remember we do leave on time, pretty much at 7:30-7:40pm.
So if you folks are running late, use the "tentative route map" to find the group. Use your ears...you should hear whistles, cheers and music as you approach.

I'm going to LA critical mass... wondering if I should just go to Westwood CM and ride over with whoevers going...

We didn't have nearly as many as the first Westwood CM, but it was a nice brisk ride over to LACM. And I'm glad we did it, seeing the sheer size of LACM was beautiful.

PS - the Salvadorean place on Western and 6th has good pupusas.
