Is anyone thinking about doing the Sullivan Canyon Century on March 09,2008 if so please let me know.
I will love to see a troooooooop of us doing this ride together.

Karla,
Do you mean the Solvang Century on the 8th? People have told me that the hotels sell out wicked early for this ride due to the limited number of hotels, etc. in the area. You may want to look into this.

Me and another Mid-City Marauder are locked into it. We were just thinking about camping or sleeping in our car before the ride. It should be a good time... Maybe even get a Motel 6 or something in SB or Beullton.

Thanks for the heads up Steve-O. Are you planning to do this ride as well ? Rouge Rida good to hear your going as well. Camping out sounds like a FANTASTIC idea, I wonder how cold it gets at night ?

Camping does sound good... Lemme check the weather report... The low for the night is 42 and the high is 68... That sounds do-able... I got my gear; Anyone else?
Oh yeah... Just an FYI. I am crashing it, not willing to pay the $120 dollar entry fee. It does go to charity, but I am cheap. And a student. They dont even feed you for free at the end.

I won't be able to do that ride but i am planning on doing an ALC Century on the 29th. It takes place out near the 126 in Valencia. Have fun and be safe!

Rouge Rida we're on the same boat; I'm also a student, and survailing my finances. What's the crashing procedure like ? Have you done it before ?

Never crashed this race before, so I do not know what the reaction will be. But truthfully, all the other races I have crashed, no one said a peep.
