Riding with the big D
Waking before sunrise to cross the moon lite kitchen floor
Into the still night air and ride with the big D
Hands grip steering wheels in a caffene fog,
Commuter eyes too tired to see anything but the next green dot
We are alone on the boulevard at dawn
A moment of adventure before the clock starts

As serious a chain
as one can get
is what I proudly
drape around my neck.
All the rides with it
I have gone
it has eventually become
what I refer to fondly as
the shackle of freedom.
Now if anyone as I ride
should find quarrell
without reasonable right
be forewarned and wary
of a reasonably painful fight.
word. blucka bluck bluck.

midnight delight
we join together
and float as a fether
peddeling forever
from critical mass
to 2nd friday
we all relate
with bikes we appriciate
we alway have fun
way past the setting of the sun

Mashing my chain
Extreme heat, cold, wind and rain.
Life's a pain
But within my ass, burns this flame!!!!
