is this a decent frame? good frame? a good frame for a budget of $200? are there better frames for about $200? is anyone selling a frame that is not heavy for $200?

you get what you pay for. cheap tiwianese made straight gauge 4130 frame with rear brake cable braze ons.

its nice because you dont see any of them on the road but with a budget of 200$ you wont find a NEW frame much better.
