You all are cool too and I am happy you are around, but I really miss Harry. Rides are not the same AT ALL! :(

I agree!!!! The rides are not the same when you don't here the word Cunt or Bloody thrown around. I can't wait till Harry gets out. Does anyone know when he is out. We should make a Tea and Crumpet ride for harry.instead of tea bags beer bags and such.

harry's out of the hospital, but he's still recovering.
i spoke to him last night, and he definitely misses riding!
i'll be putting a "recovery" ride together in his honor, as soon as he's able to ride, of course, called "HARRY'S MILK RUN" -- details to follow

Well I'm finally out of the hospital, almost 3 weeks!!!! I had spinal surgery, they took out part of a disc!! It's weird as I have no pain there but my right leg hurts and the source is my back. First day out of hospital was murder part back and partly because one of the drugs I took gave me a bad allergic reaction and I broke out all over my body and was itching so bad!! Today I've been walking around a bit and been told I'm over doing it a bit but you know me!!!
It'll be a few days till I can really get about but thankfully my ex has been helping out so much and in fact I've been staying with her and the girls (kids). I'll probably go back to my apt. tomorrow or next day after I've driven them mad!!!
Sooooo not much I need right now. It's just weird as I feel my whole world got turned upside down and I wasn't even in a car crash or something!!! I wanted to go see The Alarm and Enflis Beat tonight but Lavonne said "no way!!"
So I have to get a bit more mobile before venturing out. I was told by the doc that a bit of easy cycling would be good to strengthen my leg, (I got muscular atrify) BUT gotta wait till the surgery heals a bit more...
So that's the update Nicole. I havene't been in touch with too many folks for the last few days and not been on MR in a while either so you can update if you like....
I want to get together with some friends soon as I feel like I've been in prison but I think I'll be home bound for a little while, maybe we could do a sorta Den dinnner or something!!!

Seriously the Voice of Reason is gone when Harry isn't around, I cant explain how much the man contributes to the rides weather it be keeping everyone in check on the microphone, making sure NOBODY is left behind (like last night), or being the main man pulling that trailer so much, and for his amazing eloquence with speaking with the police. Harry has been a HUGE part of these rides, he really makes them what they are, I know me and everyone else can't wait to have him back in action.

Had Harry been on the ride in the valley last night, it would have never been such a hustle ride with riders left behind.
Had Harry been on the LACM on Friday, we would have not had a problem with fireworks exploding in everyone's face.
It will probably take a month or two before Harry is riding again.
In the meantime we need to all step up and try to do what Harry was great at, keeping the rides fun but paced, safe and sane.
It is what Harry would want us to do.

Yes, I agree Mr. Harry brings a different vibe to the rides. What I've learned is...when shit is hitting the fan and there is madness, ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MUSIC (Harry).

I miss Harry a lot!
When some idiots stole beer from a vons at the tie dye ride, I found myself searching the crowd for Harry so he could yell at them through the microphone. After a couple seconds of glancing about, I realized that he was still out of commission and I knew that the thieves would get off too easily without his angry screaming echoing in the backs of their consciences for days to come. It made me a little sad inside.
