they have two kinds, ranchera and something else. But they're both marinated the same way. Just that the rancher is a better cut of meat and more expensive.

i think marinated galbi was like 7or 8 bucks a pound.

i believe the cheap cut of meat that you're looking for is called lines (lee-nes). It's usually way cheaper and you cant really tell the difference.

I'm sorry that I don't have as sophisticated taste bud as you do. You're insults have inspired me to try to become a carne asada connoisseur. I will now dedicate countless hours in the fine art of trying to tell the difference between carne asada and lines in an attempt to gain your approval. You're an asshole, ,die in a fire.

Seriously, why ask us when you can stick your head in a cow's ass and get a better view and find out for yourself.

The slap on the face is really the fact you're asking for a specific location... indicating to the rest of us you already have in the mind the place you want to go and purchase said meat at. Seriously dude... we understand you need to kill time at work... but then don't turn around and talk shit about others and their pointless threads.
If you get offended then it indicates a level of maturity (I can't believe I used that word in a Mike Kim thread) not upto par with that of those pointing this out.

Man... my dad brings the most delicious ranchera preparada that he gets from this one carniceria down in south central. Freaking delicious! THE BEST!! I remember as a kid w/ my uncles just cooking away and grilling over charcoal, then grabbing them off the grill with tortillas and topping them home made salsa. Taking a bite and all the salsa and juice dripping from the other end. Man... memories.
Anyone know of any good places in the valley? Like non supermarket places.
@ijunes
I tried google streeview and don't see anything. Vineland turns into sunland and then crosses Glenoaks. You know the name of the place?

Plump, human heart, retrieved manually from going beneath the sternum, full-force!!!
I really miss you guys and gals in the Valley, ever since operations were shuttered in the 'bello, the beef-quality hasn't been the same.
TNS and CRUSS Mob are the two best sources for Valley-cuts, straight to the grill!!!!!
