Ridazz Camp meeting last night was RAD...it's so exciting to see just how many people will be joining us! I think we counted around 35 people (33?) at the meeting last night, and that did not include the locals who were unable to make it or the people from San Francisco, Austin, DC, Germany, and the many other out-of-towners who will join us as well!
Here is a 1 minute 24 second short from Burning Man that shows just one of the silly, very Midnight Ridazz-esque things you can do at Black Rock City: The Bunny Oath.
And no, "anarchism" and "conference" are in no way contradicting concepts. That comment illustrates a lack of understanding of anarchism, which is prevalent - people get their ideas of anarchism from pop culture and mainstream media. I encourage you to explore the idea a little more deeply and join Ridazz at the conference.
I know what anarchism is, which at this point is more or less another name for consensus-based "intentional community" building, but saying you're an anarchist sounds way edgier and less like a promoter of abandoned and impractical ideas left over from the flower power era.

@JB Fair enough. And I absolutely agree - there are too many people out there who self-apply the term anarchist because it has an angry, edgy sound to it without understanding the faith, love, hope and dreaming that is as much a part of it as anger.
@jesus It's just a perspective...I'm not sure if he's trolling or not. But butting heads with trolls never works. If he is going to compare the kind of dreaming of a better world that anarchism involves to the late 60s, then fine.
What the two have in common is, like I said, dreams of something better and faith (and no, I'm not talking about faith in God), hope and love. There's nothing wrong with any of that. What they do not have in common: governance by the collective and pacifism. But if he doesn't want to sit down and think things through, no biggie.
