Rad Housemate Wanted

yo delicious, clutch, and I are about to sign a lease on a fantastic find in El Sereno and we need a fourth housemate.
The house is a newly remodeled, airy and well-lit two story with lots and lots of space--inside and out. It is set against a hill, with a large, walled in cemented back area, two front balconies, and a two car garage. Three bedrooms, a giant common area and kitchen make the top floor. Downstairs, you would have a sort of studio; bedroom, bathroom, small walk in closet, nook workspace, and kitchenette.
It is an easy 3.8 miles from downtown L.A. with the Gold Line a couple miles away and Lincoln Park nearby. We haven't explored the area much, but it is right next to CalState LA, and close enough to anything you'd want to get to, even on a bike.
You have to see it to believe how exciting a possibility it is.
Rent is ~$750/month

Why do i think that PAM will soon be off the grid starting July 5th and going on a long journey? I don't think She will need a place to stay in Los Angeles for a while.

but seriously, we need a fourth roommate or we're going to lose this place and i hate house hunting, especially when i have exactly one month to find something cheap, big and close to d'town.

Ive seen the place with these chickas and I have to say that they aren't exaggerating when they say the place was built with AWESOME! (ok so i said it but they meant it). This space is pretty KING.
It is definitely worth the $750/month imho and serious consideration for anyone who is looking.
Benefits i see for the price would be the secluded downstairs space and also living with 3 of the most down ass biker chicks MR has to offer. Shit if your a dude you could be easily entertained by walking upstairs and watching random catfight outbreaks. That in itself is easily worth about $350/month me thinks.
