Another job offer

No one commented on the political correctness of throwing jobs out to ridazz on the forum, so here's another one.
A friend of mine has a website that is basically completed, but he's not happy with the guys who did the development. It is a political activism web application and reasonably well constructed, if not how I would have done things, architecturally. Everything is php5 and mysql5 on linux with a few flash widgets thrown in, as well as some ajax communication. I originally volunteered to take it over, but my boss is holding me to my contract, which prevents me from working for a second company, so I need someone to take over maintenance and development work on a freelance basis. Compensation is negotiable and will be reasonable and will include equity in the company if desired. I'll still be around to provide some input/guidance, but have to keep my involvement pretty minimal.
I'm in the process of moving the site from the server run by the original devs to a virtual host which will eventually become a dedicated server at westhost.net, but once I've got the site up and running correctly, I need to step back.

I'll be posting a regular job ad at various locations in the next 24 hours or so, but I thought I'd let any interested ridazz get their foot in the door early. It is a pretty interesting site and could easily turn into a full-time position if the desire is there on both sides.
